Do you have a toll-free no for Ria that provides 24-hour customer service? Specifically, trying to get info about sending money from a US Bank (BofA) to a bank in the Philippines (BDO). Pls advise. Attn: mcdonald55 If you're located or live in the Metro Manila area, go to the Department of Transportation & Communications Land Transportation Office in Quezon City. That's where I initially got my Vehicle license May 2, 2014 and it's good until January 1, 2017. If you're located outside Metro Manila, check with the DOT office in your area. Hope this info helps you.
