El Salvador: ?? FASTEST/CHEAPEST Shipping USA ?El Salvador:

May I get suggestions about shipping gifts in a box from San Francisco, CA USA to Sante Tecla, E.S. the cheapest and fastest way, please? I have a box containing (late) Christmas presents, clothing, shoes, a few framed pictures and a memory book of copied letters, etc. and a few CD-R and DVD-R discs of songs, pictures and videos from when we were together here in California. He had to go back to his country after over 20 years here. I'd like him to gave some memories from then. The 6# box is about 12"h x 25"l x 12"d. Any advice? $300.00 is more than I can afford. El Salvador: Any suggestions for how to learn Spanish quickly?:

I would appreciate any assistance in how I can learn (El Salvadorian) Spanish - dialect to region specific, if possible. Santa Tecla, circa 1970 onto be exact. I would be so grateful for any advice I could receive regarding customs (perhaps a short list of absolutely must-do's and a Oh you NEVER, EVER say or do that!) I live near San Francisco, CA in the U.S. and am thinking end of July. Thank you so much! Juliet
