Sri Lanka: Cheap land to grow fruits and build house with beach view:

Hi, I am thinking about finding some cheap land in Sri Lanka to buy, so I can grow my own fruits, and vegetables, also build my own house....a view of the sea or beach would also be nice....any idea how much an acre of this kind of land would cost me...also any idea what a 3 or 4 bedroom house would cost to build.
