Hey everyone,, PROGRESS ! So after 10 years of bringing food things we don't get here back and forth from the states I finally got it ! Now, I shop on Amazon UK, Ebay UK or anywhere else I want to in Europe and get it shipped to Odesa ! Man am I happy about that.. So, because most suppliers wont ship to Ukraine from Europe yet, some guys came up with a beautiful business that is perfectly run..Forward2me.com.. Order what you want, get it shipped to your UK address they give you for free, and they ship it via DHL to your house !! Wow ! A few in's and out's, but very easy (especially if I can do it ) and nothing that isn't explained on the website.. My kitchen is stocked, cake mixes, refried beans, skippy super chunk, every spice you could ask for, everything ! Cool ! Also, I finally am able to buy direct from the wholesaler of high quality meats ! Not the crap you see in Cilpo or even Metro, but stuff that is held to very high standards before offered for sale. For those of you who don't know my background was Food Service so I have a career full of knowledge ! BBQ time coming up.. The ultra cold ( below 32 for the high everyday) is done as far as weather.com and accu weather are concerned and I verified that today because all the old ladys were at the local market buying seed's to plant their gardens ! Gonna be a great spring,summer and fall at the Kallusky residence.. Guess I'm a food junkie but I had to pass on the info... Hope to see some of you soon !!

Hey Scott Ya that really sucks... In all aspects, plus the niece ! BS in every way ! Listen, I understand this is a touchy subject with ya so I'm trying to tread lightly although I'm not very good at it. But I feel I could shed some light and possibly help..Listen,,you wrote about knife attacks being a "crime of passion " you wrote about burglar's not using knifes. Something didn't sit right with me when I read your post so here it is my friend..Obviously there are not to many guns in Ukraine. I have looked into getting a shotgun for pheasant hunting and it's tough to get anything that kills, very tough, even on the black market..Jail here is much different than the country clubs in the states, that's why.. They also like to make examples of foreigners and use them to negotiate. Be careful about retaliation my friend..SO my thought is Scott, in Ukraine knifes would be the weapon of choice for burglary's..Because, if a burglar had a gun, then he obviously has some money ( plus there super expensive ) and he probably would not be a burglar,,, right...So assuming one of the ex's did it, maybe, probably...Just telling you my thoughts to your post my friend..See ya, K.K.

Ukraine: Looking for a dentist:

Guess nobody knows one in Kharkov.. But, probably good news is that I have been to maybe 5-6 Dentist's in Ukraine and Russia and they were all good and/or better than what I have had done in the states by the money hungry dentists there. ..In the last week I have had 3 root Canals, absolute professionals, latest equipment, no mistakes ( like stabbing my jaw accidently) no pain and a total of 2000 uah.. That's in Odesa,, probably higher than Kharkov 20 - 30 percent.. Nothing to worry about though. There training is longer than the dentists in the states if that makes you feel more comfortable...

Ukraine: Ukraine Language:

Russo, there are a few reasons "why" they want to speak Ukrainian other than the fact this is Ukraine..Remember Mr. Putin stating " the people want Russia to be the rulers of Crimea ", they speak RUSSIAN, their traditions are Russian etc etc.. So in a nutshell, he says everywhere the people speak Russian, it should be Russian territory !! And, I'm not so sure about the Russian language being here forever Mr. Scott.. My child is taught Ukrainian in school and no schools teach Russian anylonger.. They implemented that as soon as Putting remarked about the people speaking Russian.. So ya, for the next couple generations, the Russian language will thrive, but after that I doubt it.. That is if were not Russian citizens by then !!

Again today as I was exiting baggage claim coming to Odesa, there was a frkn corridor of women lined up waiting for there man ! Both sides,2-3 deep ! Smiling, laughing carrying on like kids ! And they couldn't have all been hookers cause one of em was my wife ! I swear guy's, no matter what horror story's you've experienced, or heard, or read, there's still something very cool and especial about Odesa and I like it ! If a guy cant find a girl here, stay home !
