Hungary: Realtors don't work for buyers?:

Hello, I am an American owner of Budapest apartments. The system is similar to the States. Real estate agents show properties that they think meets the buyer's requirements, but it is the seller that pays and pays a lot if a property is sold. Appraisals are possible, but not common. Dear Readers, I own apartments in Budapest, but would prefer to live in Vienna. So I planning to establish Austrian residency. The idea would be to create an Austrian holding company and funnel income from my properties to the holding company and then to me. Can any recommend a lawyer and accountant for such a project?:
