Greece: Expat Adoption:

Hey I am planning a move to Greece within the next 3 years. I will be 45 years. The first few years are going to be hard work, teaching English as a Foreign language, learning Greek & building new relationships. Once I am more settled, perhaps at 47 years of age, I would like initiate the process to adopt a child. Does anyone have any insight into the process for an expat adopting in Greece please? Greece: Greek Health Care access & system for EU immigrants...:

Hey I hope this post finds you all well & enjoying life. I am planning on emigrating to Greece either in 2014 or soon after. Recently however I have been prescribed a drug for an underactive thyroid, which I have (at least until I find an equally effective alternative therapy) to take for the rest of my life. Whilst in the UK, it's free. Who can advise me how I can access the Greek health system & obtain 'Levothyroxine'? I am happy to pay for it. Thanks in advance for your time & replies. Sarah-Jane
