Cyprus: NEED INFO ON MOVING TO CYPRUS:

Hi. We are moving to Larnaca for good in October. Please let me know what sort of contractors you will need and I will let you know. The health service in Cyprus is £10 a viit for the GP and is very fast and efficient.

I would suggest that in Larnaca close to the beach you can rent for £250 a month a very nice apartment. You could buy one for £40,000. Larnaca is a safe area with an all year community unlike some other tourist areas.

Cyprus: 29/8/02:

Hi we have purchsed a property from a small developer in Larnaca. I would suggest taht you use a smaller developer. The larger developers have higher overheads for marketing etc. They also often work on larger plots of land. This can result in long delaays waiting for the title deeds to come through. I can recommend developers for you if you like. Please let me know.
