Romania: satelite tv help:

I am tring to find out what size satelite dish I would need to access american tv programming specifically N.F.L. and W.W.E. broadcasts while living here in bucharest. also what satelites do I need to be able to recieve from? how much american programming is available here? what satelites broadcast to this region? I have been to satelite dish stores and the shopkeepers have no idea. If anyone out there can help me please do.
