India: French-Indian couple: WHERE to live? WHERE to marry?:

Hi everyone. My fiancé is Indian, and I am French girl. Our union has been accepted from both our families. For some professional reasons, I am in the UK for my end of studies and I am going back to France within 2 weeks. And since 7 months, my darling and I are separated since he is working in India. We are thinking about getting married this year or beginning of next year... but the big question is raised.. WHERE? WHERE DO WE LIVE? WHERE DO WE MARRY..? Where can he finds a job? Where can I find a job? Where an Indo-French couple can be accepted? We think of the language barrier. I do speak French, English and Spanish but my devoted speaks English and many local Indian languages. Do we choose a 3rd country? Do we choose India? Is anyone in the same situation can tell us about his or her experience? It would definitely help us thinking and making a choice. Thank you so much in advance for your help !!!

Hi ! I am a French girl, and I am fiancé to my Indian love. I lived in France and the UK like you.. and in India with him for 2 years. There is no way for him that we live with his parents. We want to settle down fast.. we still choosing where depending on the job opportunities, and where we will gonna marry... I totally understand that you don't want to live with your in laws, that's not our French culture. From my point of view, if you choose to live in India and if he wants to live with his parents and you don't, I would negotiate with him to live close but not in the same house/ flat. He can go there whenever he wants and you have your intimacy. If you already have resistance to live with all of them, that I can really understand.. believe me... it won't work for you. You both need to be happy especially when you start your life together. Courage.. tu sais ce que l'on dit " la communication, il n'y a rien de mieux". Keep in touch

India: india- immigration- i'd found the solution !!!!:

I am French student national and I am used to live abroad. My friends and I are from different nationalities and most of the time we get problems with the immigration rules to get our Visa and to be registered in certain countries. For the first time, i chose to go through an immigration company to help me out (Fragomen Global Immigration- India). And as you know a satisfied customer speaks! I really would like to recommend this company in India! Woaw, I remember myself waiting sooo much at the FRRO and always have to come back to get finally registered by paying penalties... In 1 day I got my visa for India and in 1 day I got registered in India to get my residence permit! It was so much stress but seriously, this time it went so smoothly! For country where it is difficult to get really legal in the country, it is sooo much better to use an immigration company, and Fragomen, they're really professional. After having leaving by myself all these troubles, I am still impressed by their pro-activity. And the people who handle my immigration case were so patient and really nice on phone... stress completely gone! It's already difficult to think about moving from home, requirements for new school, appartment there etc...
