Hi Fatima, I am Canadian and live in Canada, but my origin is Algerian. Just to answer your question, you have to contact the Algerian Embassy in Washington (Internet has all the info) to have a tourist visa. Once you are in Algeria it’s very easy to marry and to stay there. It won’t be an issue to find a job too. I feel concerned to give u a friendly advice though. Algeria is not an easy country to live in, especially for a woman and even you are Muslim or intend to be. Take time to see if life there is convenient for you, because almost all young Algerian want to escape from the country. Be careful et may Allah show you the right path.
