Panama: Crime in PTY:

That's strange. We live in the very areas described. We are not experiencing this. Someone has confused Panama City with Caracas.

Panama: moving to Panama in 2 weeks!:

If in process of getting Pensionado Visa you get a stamp in your passport while in Panama allowing 6 months.. Your attorney should know this.

Panama: US TV Stations:

We are coming down to Panama for a couple of months. Any suggestions on how to get Direct TV to work down here. I know its blocked. Last time I couldnt get the VPN to work. STV still blocked the service. When I was here before a neighbor had Direct TV working. I just cant remember all the steps to making it work. My service works anywhere in the US, but not outside, How does Hula and Roku work out down here?

Panama: Visiting Panama City:

We have all that availabe. Got Pensionado two years ago smoothly. There are steps to complete before you come. FBI report. apostile of documents, etc. So come prepared. We have an English speaking attorney that reasonable and efficient. We have properties for rent in Panama City and Coronado.

Panama: Coronado Bay Condo:

Coronado Bay is in the best location along the Pacific coast near to Panama City. The beach is beautiful with black and light colored sand swirls. Views from this building are stunning. We have a beach front facing two bedroom we just bought for less the $300k. Feel like we are living on the beach. No chance of the views being blocked because no more high rises can be built on the beach. Multimillion dollar homes up and down the beach. We feel safe. Love the building. Very friendly expats from the US and Canada abound. Well maintained. Good values for money. Rent first so that you can get to know the building. Renters and partys have not been a big issue for us.

Lithuania: Lithuanian Citizenship claims:

Does anyone know how to expedite citizenship by descendants of World War 2 refugees ? I applied in February 2014 through the Consulate in Chicago. I have been calling them asking about my application and they tell me they are still processing it in Lithuania. My application was complete with plenty of original documentation supporting my claim. The consulate tells me that they must verify everything and there is a big backlog of claims. Going on for almost more than a year and a half! Does anyone know a way to "expedite" this process. Or how long did it take them to get the citizenship claim approved? I'm frustrated with this very slow process. I'm thinking that the government doesn't want my class of claimants to get their citizenship that they are entitled too. Any thoughts or experience on this would be appreciated.
