Switzerland: Looking for advice on moving to Switzerland...:

Hi...I have been thinking of moving to Switzerland, preferably Zurich, for some time. I've been checking recruitment sites etc but I'm at a disadvantage as I don't speak Swiss German and have very little high German. Neither do I have a permit and am aware of the restrictions. I am an advertising manager in Ireland but have a fairly broad educational background. So if anyone has any suggestions or help I would really appreciate it. Thanks....
