Uruguay: Visiting Uruguay end of NOV:

HI everybody, My wife and I will visit Uruguay at the end of NOV to see if we would like to live there in our retirement. We would love to attend a luncheon or other meeting of expats already in residence and talk to the folks in the know! Please let us know if there are any such meetings taking place between NOV-28 and DEC-4 either in Montevideo or traveling up the coast all the way to Punta del Este. Thank you for any replies!
