Argentina: Safety/stability in BA?:

I'm an American who grew up in downtown BA as a missionary kid, and I've been wanting to move back since. I know that violent crime is not a huge concern there if you're smart, but I'm a little worried about the current political and economic climate. We're a young married couple, and my husband (sales/marketing/recruitment) would probably try to get on with a US corporation with international branches down there. I'd probably try to teach English with a TESOL certification or something, although I will have a Masters in Higher Ed soon. Any thoughts or advice?
