Jamaica: Brit moving to Jamaica and starting a business?:

Hello everyone. I am desperately after some help/advice. My wife, four children and I are planning to move to Jamaica. My wife is of jamaican parents and I'm eligible for a passport due to marriage an the kids are dependants so that side of thing is not a problem. The questions I have are regarding with starting a business there. I am a adventurous training instructor (mountain biking, kitesurfing that kind of thing) and would like to open my business out there but I don't know if it would be possible. Does anyone know what sort of permits I would require and how I go about getting them. Also what taxes/national insurance etc would I have to pay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
