Costa Rica: Is it a good idea to buy a tica bride for a visa?:
You are disgusting for even posting this type of question.
Costa Rica: Looking for work ( English speak ):
Honestly, if it were that easy, don't you think most of us would be doing it?
Costa Rica: Residency attorney:
my paperwork was quite complicated, due to being a citizen of 2 countries. However, it was not difficult to do myself. There are forms on government websites that you can use to accomplish everything. Why pay the exorbitant fees of an attorney? you are retired, you have the time.
Australia: Immigration to OZ:
I was born in the UK, am now a US citizen living in Costa Rica.
My mother, brother and sister are all citizens of OZ. I was wondering what the difficulties would be for me, a 60 year old single woman, to immigrate to Australia. I had heard that they are no longer allowing pensioners in, is this correct? Where would I even start?
Costa Rica: Earning a living in Costa Rica:
Is it just me, or does other expats read some of these posts and think "what are you thinking, you are about to make, what could be, a life change, and you are totally clueless"
Costa Rica: Cars:
I brought a RAV 4 over with me. I would not do that again. However, being here, the RAV 4 or any Toyota product for that matter, seems to be the most popular vehicle on the roads. I have had a couple of repairs, and parts and service are easily accessible.
Costa Rica: Buying materials to brew my own beer:
I noticed in a store in Ciudad Quesada that they had the Mr. Beer Home Brewing Kits.
It's the store next to the post office.
