Ecuador Welcome Forum: finding in-home health care:

Hi! My husband has Parkinson's and will require full-time in-home care. As we live in a remote area in the US and costs will become prohibitive,I am looking at other countries where we may live and find good in-home care which we would probably pay out of pocket. We have been to Ecuador twice and would certainly consider it for a move, but we never thought about this when we visited. His decline is sudden and I am looking at good options. Thank you in advance for any useful suggestions/places to get this help in Ecuador. Language is not a problem.

My husband will need lots of in home health care for his Parkinson's. The costs are too expensive in the US and we live in a remote area which makes it more inaccessible. We are thinking of a move to Panama and renting. Does anyone know which area in Panama would be best to find this and how high the costs would be? Thank you for any information?

I bake cheesecakes and other cakes and often need heavy/whipping cream. What would that be called in Ecuador (I don't want any raw milk). I am seeking the same as in a US supermarket. Thanks!

We would like to visit Kenya in 2014 (our first time) and am wondering about good, reliable, but not outrageously expensive, safaris. Any ideas? info? We will also want to visit a cousin in Kericho.
