Nicaragua: Humidity:

We want to visit your area but are concerned about humidity. When looking up different areas it seems it is high everywhere. How do you all handle it, or is it just not as bad as what the numbers indicate? Are there towns where this is not such a problem? We do need to be where there is internet however and would like to be able to do without a car. Too much to ask? We are currently living in Cotacachi, Ecuador and it is getting too Americanized for us. Thanks for any tips.

Uruguay: House Inspectors:

When we were in the United States and bought a house, there were people you could hire to do a complete check of the prospective house - roof, foundation, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, etc. Does Uruguay have such and how would one go about finding one? Thank you

Uruguay: Moving to Montevideo, Uruguay:

Do you live in Montevideo? When others say it is more expensive that the US, do you know what in particular they are referring to or just everything?
