I am a 100% DAV who suffers from PTSD and use Marijuana on a daily basis. Looking for a country that has relaxed drug laws, like the great state of Colorado. Only Portugal and Uraguay seem to have OK'ed Drugs. I am financially able to move anyplace and seek a country that has laws for Grown Ups like myself. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Belize: Update on driving from Texas through Mexico to Belize:

Stay on the main highways and do not drive at night, in case of breakdown. Offer a bride for a driving ticket and the cop is as likely to kick your ass as accept it. Buy insurance for your vehicle. You will find the same holiday inns, econo lodges etc. Remember, Mexico's K-12 education is 15 places ahead of USA. Just use your head.
