Paraguay: Foreigner to obtain fully legal Paraguayan Driver's License:

Hi... Currently I am in the process to collect all the information necessary for a foreigner to make a legal Paraguayan Driver's license. There are quite some Sites on the Internet covering that topic, however it is still not clear to me. I have the following questions and hope someone can answer me those. 1.) I am a German citizen and will be arriving on a simple tourist stamp( no visa necessary) into my passport. From what I have been reading, it seems ok to get you started? 2.) I am not talking about an international driver's license but a fully legal national Paraguayan one that I can use overseas as well? I actually have a full German driver's license but only valid for small trucks and cars. I like to pursue a motorbike license. Is that possible? Hope someone has the right answers for me... Tobias

Colombia: Receiving Cédula de Extranjería in Colombia:

as I am reading through the process, it says you need to obtain a 90 Day Visa, well...Germans, among many others, don't need a visa to enter Colombia for 90 days or less. Is it ok to show the 90 days migration stamp in the passport instead?

Hi... Currently I am in the process to collect all the information necessary for a foreigner to make a legal Colombian Driver's license. There are quite some Sites on the Internet covering that topic, however it is still not clear to me. I have the following questions and hope someone can answer me those. 1.) I am a German citizen and will be arriving on a simple tourist stamp( no visa necessary) into my passport. From what I have been reading, it seems ok to get you started by obtaining a local Cedula by simply showing any address (even a guesthouse address)? 2.) with the Cedula and your passport I can obtain a legal driver's license. I am not talking about an international driver's license but a fully legal Colombian one that I can use overseas as well? I actually have a full German driver's license but only valid for small trucks and cars. I like to pursue a motorbike license. Is that possible? Hope someone has the right answers for me... Tobias

Colombia: Drivers License:

Hi Felipe... I am right on the same subject now... I am holding a German Driver's license for 20 years already but only valid for cars, therefore I like to make a motorcycle driver's license so I can continue my world tour in South America...Which school in Medellin did you get that? Perhaps even the name of the person would be greatly appreciated...Are you in Medellin? I am currently in Cuba but will soon arrive in Medellin...Thanks...Tobias
