Global Expat Forum: Need to get my family to the future:

I believe I understand your points completely, and agree, as i have most of your concerns as well. Can i recommend an excellent reference source, that at first glance you would dismiss?? The Book: How to retire Overseas, by Kathleen Peddicard, covers the stuff that will concern you *including the impact on your children, as in schooling, as well as best places to relocate when working, best places to retire, to start a business, schooling options to look for, weather, which locations it is better to not have a car, to have a car, public transportation options, which places have good, better, best Medical; places that avoid double taxation; etc I have traveled the globe. But after reading only 1/3 the book I have learned so much I have reset & improved my expectations considerably. I am now considering other countries, not previously considered, for permanent relocation. Peace Joy n Happiness, f
