Dominica: Safety in Dominica:

Hello, I have another question about safety in Dominica. Unfortunately the internet is not bound to any standards and it is hard to know what is true. I've read info on several websites stating that there has been an increase in serious crime, violence against woman, etc.. Is this accurate? Is these more than just isolated events? How true are some of these accusations?
