Philippines: Expired credit/debit card:

I have heard some 'not so good' things about mail service in the Philippines and want to know if anyone has had problems receiving their new replacement credit or debit cards from your American bank. Are there any reliable Philippine banks that offer credit/debit cards?

You might also try using a hard shell suitcase. I use one with a combination lock. It helps protect the contents and it's much harder for someone to get into it. Always works for me.
