Jamaica: Work in Jamaica:
Thanks sashylinks well said it's always easy to find the flaws which i'm not saying should be ignored. Dancehall is our culture take it or leave it. Most on this forum choose to move to Jamaica you weren't forced to whether it's for a man/woman, life style or education. I'm all for the development of Jamaica but problems that lala pointed out happens everywhere. Jamaica is smaller which makes it more noticeable. So any expertise you have to contibute we welcome it. As for kids needing God Jamaica is the most religious island I know that still didn't stop some of these kids from acting out did it?. Don't believe that's the angle we should spend our energy on just a thought.
Jamaica: Decision:

Jamaica: property purchasing using NHT group purchasing:
Hi guys I would like to know if anyone is interested in building a house in kingston/st.Andrew Jamaica as my husband and I are about to embark on such venture. we are looking for like minded individuals to joins with us using the NHT (National Housing Trust) group purchasing process. If your partner live in Jamaica and he/she has been contributing to the trust for a minimum of 52 weeks he/she would be qualified for a NHT loan. As prices of houses and properties in upper kingston and st.Andrew area are ridiculously high I believe it would serve best to join with others to buy in a nice neighborhood and then subdivide. With the group purchasing program we can join up 9 persons if property is large enough tho not mandatory. we are looking for 2-3 at most. So if anyone is interested plz respond or pm me for more details thanks guys.
Jamaica: Call me crazy...:
Try to join no respond yet not sure what's up with that.
Jamaica: mrs johnson:
@mrs johnson remember don't just give your personal info to any n everyone. work in ja is really hard to find even for the locals if you have special skills that's great but Setting up your own business can be a bit tough but it's a ok option aswell. cxc are similar to high school courses as an adult you can get them at different leaning facilities across the island for a fee offcourse and sit the final exam.
Jamaica: SIPs Homes:
