I'm a Jewish Israeli citizen who's moving back permanently in the spring of 2014. Visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_Return for a good explanation of the law. Since Nefesh B'Nefesh only helps Jewish people make aliyah as was explained to me, you'd want to contact your nearest Israeli embassy/consulate for more specific information about your situation since, from what you've said, you're not actually Jewish yourself according to Israeli law.
