Argentina: basic salary in mendoza?:

Hi there, my name's Christine. With my husband we are moving to Mendoza in january ( we are french but are living in London). He will be pastry chef and he's salary will be 10000 pesos. Can somebody help me about this salary? Is it enought for 2 peoples? Is it a correct salary for mendoza? I see so many diferent things on the web that i'm completely lost. Thanks in advance!
