Belize: Corozal Town long term rental property:

I wanted to stay in San Pedro AC and the realtors were no help either. There is no money in it for them. I was successful walking the areas north and south of town and a few properties had signs out. Also put the word out to people you meet. That is how I found a rental. Just stay in a hotel for a few nights while you look for long term. Good luck!

Belize: Any rentals?:

Are there any rentals out there that any one knows of that are closer to $1000 per month? The contact with belizemanagement led to an apt. For $1500. Do you think there is anything more affordable in ambergris caye? We have planned three months there. Thanks, Debbie

Belize: Rent for 3 months:

I am planning on staying in San Pedro ambergris caye for 3 months starting September 14. Will I be able to find a condo/apt. to rent just boots on the ground. I am planning on getting a hotel for 4 or 5 days to give me time to look around. I would like to stay under $1000.

Belize: One way ticket:

I bought a one way ticket into San Pedro ambergris caye. Will I have trouble because I don't have a round trip ticket? I plan to stay the full 90 days then fly one way somewhere else as I am checking out retirement living options.

Nicaragua: Rental in San Juan del Sur:

Hi, I am coming to San Juan del Sur tomorrow and I will be looking for a rental for 2 to 3 months or longer. If anybody knows of one please let me know. Would like a two bedroom.

Nicaragua: NETFLIX offered?:

You need a virtual private network to hide where you are at and it adds a layer of protection so your internet use can't be tracked. Just google Virtual Private Networks. There are sites that rate them and tell you how much they cost. I bought an annual plan for $39. Then you can do what you want on your computer!

Nicaragua: Parasites?:

Sorry to see everyone got in such an uproar about the parasites! Could you reiterate what to tak and when as I will be traveling to Nicaragua and staying in San Juan del Sur. I didn't even know something was necessary but I sure don't want worms in my brain. Or anywhere else in my body. Best to always be careful with your health. Thx.

Costa Rica: Question about health care!:

Who did you get a global policy for travel from? I went for a quote at Cigna but I had to specify a country.

Costa Rica: Renting a car for 2 months or more:

I am in need of a 4 wheel drive automatic rental car for 2 1/2 months during my stay in Dominical. The rental car companies say 28 days maximum. So I can't get a quote for a car. Any suggestions? I am flying in to San Jose then I want to drive to Dominical. I have reserved a place to stay in Dominical. Thanks
