I wanted to introduce myself to the forum and been looking for a forum that is dealing with living in Oz. I am going to be a law student at the University of Canberra in August 2014. I left the US because I wanted to start clean and have better quality of life for myself and start at better law school in Oz. I am from Austin,TX. I think that Oz has better law schools overall than the US and have researched it thoroughly. I trade the currently markets known as Forex and write blog to help student who chose law school in OZ called The Law Ranger on blogger.com to make the transition from the US to Oz. I am not political. I am always interested in learning more about this wonderful country and cuisine because I am a die hard foodie. I love to explore and documenting parts of Oz and capturing it on film. My name is Liz. I am very happy to found this forum. I am excited about living in Australia. I mixed up Aussie recipes and recipes from Texas to create the Aussie-Texican Experience. It is a challenging at times. I still used the word Y'all and have a my Texas accent. The way I word things comes out like the gentleman in commercial back in the late 80s for Polaner All Fruit commercial. I am very open minded and welcome new challenges. Every once in I like to go on little trips and explore to see the scenery. It makes life kind of interesting. For me, this about living up to my potential and helping people. That is it in a nutshell
