I think you'd be hardpressed to nail down 4=5,000 No. Americans. I think the real # is between 1200 & 2800. Without a working knowledge of Spanish your are almost certainly a returnee casualty.

Hello all, any of you purchased health insurance in Ecuador from SAAD or anoter insurer? If so, details would be great. I wonder what the costs are for a 63 year old male by himself OR, do most of you depend on the medical social security system? Advise please
