Bolivia: retirering to Bolivia?:

Hello folks! I'm planning to put a community together consisting of people who are interested of retiring to Bolivia. There are lots of people who'd like to retire in a warm nice place, but can't afford it. Now's your chance to do it cheap! I'm getting together a group which would be interested. Plan includes of purchase of property, building for each to live, nothing fancy, but with common swimming pool, shop, and lots of possibilities of getting to know other places. I would offer my assistence in all the legal required, would take care of building and so on. We would live in the countryside, but not too far from the major cities,(shopping, etc.) Nowadays it's quite expensive to do all that at low cost in places like Spain or Florida, and it's getting very crowded there.
