UY is a very expensive country and do not neglect to look into this aspect. You wil find crime and intractable and difficult problem and also the trash the the peopleof Montevideo throw into their streets difficult too. I lived in MvD for 6 years and 6 days and came from Venice CA. get health care from the British Hospital scheme - the best and mostly American trained doctor whose english is sufficient for your needs.
