will be seeking in or around Salto a rental with potential for lease to own. Have partners, desire ag land 1 acre of land (or less than half a hectare). Can commit to a one year lease. Need reliable (?) internet access to supply wifi for proposed hostel and neighbors, will start up information/research service. Ideas? Contacts?
