well, the Emirati are less than 10% of the country's population and I guaranty you they do not wait until 38 years to get married. Therefore, I recommend that you must research him better and he may be not telling you the full story, How many times you have met this guy and the black sheep of the family is a myth not reality.... the truth may hurt therefore, see if he fly to meet you with one of his female family members hope he will not give you stupid reasons... wish you the best if he is truly forthcoming with facts...
