Laos: Cat Rescue in Luang Prabang?:

Hello! I am a traveler from the USA visiting Luang Prabang. I was at Mount Phousi today and the saddest cat came up to me. He was emaciated, so skinny I could feel all his bones, and looked pretty ill. I brought him some food and he wolfed it down, but this is only a temporary solution. I felt so bad leaving him. He was so cute and lovable, but really needs help. Is there any animal rescue or someone living here that would be able to look after him? I'd really like to help him out!
