Bulgaria: Long term apartment rental?:

Hi guys I am moving to Bulgaria /Burgas in a few months and i am very interested in figure out how to rent an apartment longterm (5+ years - forever) as i prefer to be able to feel home, and not have to worry about maybe owner wants his apartment back. Does anyone know how to figure this problem out? Thank you

Personallly i run 5 blog style websites, with Amazon products / Adsense. This gives me approx 500usd extra per month on top of my day job (Webdesigner).

Philippines: Looking for condo/house in Cebu:

Hi Guys, I am currently living in Thailand, but am so tired of life here, + the constant visa runs, and just need new beginning in another country. Love the philippines, so think would be best place to move to. I am looking for a house (or 2 bedroom apartment), fully furnished inc television, bed and so on.. max price per month is 20.000php but prefer cheaper ;-) If anyone has something, or can recommend a website thats helpful i would really appreaciate it.
