Hong Kong: Looking for IT Jobs in HK:

Hello I am 25 years old and I'm looking to move to HK around August. I have a Bsc(Hons) Computer Studies degree and have been working in the IT industry for over 4 years, most recently at the London Stock Exchange. I have a few questions: What do I need to do to live and work in HK? Can I just arrive at the airport, find somewhere to live and start job hunting, or do I need a job first and a VISA? I have heard that the IT industry is quite strong in HK and I shouldn't have much trouble finding a job, is this stil true? I currently earn about £32k in the UK, will I be able to find a job with a matching salary in HK? Thank you in advance
