Hong Kong: Getting Married in Hongkong:

We are planning to get married in Hongkong this coming November 2014. My girlfriend is working in Taiwan and Im currently working here in the Philippines. We are both Filipino citizen. The reason why we are planning to get married in HK was due to I was married to Korean (girl) citizen 17 years ago, and she left me in the Phils and did not come back. My problem is that there's no divorce law in the Phils & also, my ex wife left me already 17 yrs ago. However, our marriage (with Korean ex wife) still listed & existed in Phil NSO since we got married here in the Phils. Kindly advise if its possible to get married in Hongkong? What are the requirements? Do we need to stay in Hongkong for HK ID to get married there? Thanks a lot!
