Netherlands: USA->Neth Marriage Procedures?:

I am having a hard time finding information on what I need to do in order to marry my Dutch boyfriend and move to The Netherlands. I have searched online and only can find partial information, including the IND site, which gives me a vague-ish notion of what I need to do. I live in Vermont USA, but I am currently in Eindhoven NL until April 6, visiting my man. We have been in a relationship for 5 years and we want to be married and we don't want any more of this long-distance relationship! If anyone can help us with information on what we need to do, or any good resources, that would be very very helpful! First-hand information from a American+Dutch marriage would be particularly useful. Thanx! =^..^=
