Israel: Moving with Bubbe:

Hi and thank you in advance for any help. My husbands job is bringing us to Tel Aviv from the US for six months. My grandmother loves with us now, and we are bringing her with us (along with our two preteen children). Here in the states we have many tools to help her, including an emergency button she wears in case she falls when I go out to run errands. She has bad balance and slight dementia. I am wondering if there are tools like that in Israel (and what they are called) or any agencies for me to get grandma sitters....any advice is appreciated.
