Mexico: International Schools:

We would like to share with all the families who will move to Mexico city our disappointement about Greengates school! It used to be an excellent school. Mrs Susan Mayer was an excellent Headmaster. But in 2013, everything changed. A new administration, there is even a CEO...and a special adviser who used to be a junior librarian before. 38 teachers decided to leave the school in 2013. The students were well aware of the situation and it was a real mess. The new headmaster, jonathan Robins is unqualified, the new teachers need some time to get adjusted to the school. I would kindly advise many families to shop around for another school. It is worth it.

unfortunately, Greengates school is no longer a good school. Last year 38 teachers left the school, all the students were aware of it and it was a Mess.......The new Headmaster is absolutely not qualified and all the new teachers need some time to get adjusted to the school and to the students. The school has lost a lot of its Prestige even though the administration loves to tell the parents the waiting list in unbelievable. There is NO PTA as we know in the US. They want the parents to stay quiet.... I woould advise you to look for other schools, some are worth it. This is way too expensive for what it is now. You never can meet anyone from the administration and everything turns weird.

Hello, I would advise you to forget Greengates school and shop around. Last year 38 teachers left the school and it was a mess. Parents are so disappointed. The PTA has no power at all. The headmaster, J. Robins is unqualified, and the new teachers try their best. Good luck!
