We are planning to retire in a few years to CA and Belize is near the top of our list. I could use some suggestions as to places to check out. Looking for a quiet lifestyle, also something with market, restaurant within walking distance. Also area with the least amount of humidity, if there is such a thing. (I hear Corozal is dryer. What about Cayo?) Is it true that the shoreline towns have more bugs and mosquitos? Please write about where you live and tell me about the advantages and disadvantages...
