Mexico: Layover:

I plan to take a flight that will have a 4 hour layover in Mexico City. Will I be able to leave the airport? If so, will I have enough time to go to the San Martin monument? I think it is near the Consutado subway station.

The was an NPR article that stated that foreigners had to pay for transportation in Argentina with dollars. Does this include bus travel? Oldcopper

On my next trip to Argentina I will be traveling in the north. As part of my travels I need to go from Formosa to Tartagal. Platforma 10 does not show bus service on Ruta 81, I find this hard to believe. Anybody have any information on this? Don

Argentina: Publisher:

I have two books in progress that are geared to the Argentine market. It is too costly to publish in the US and ship to Argentina. I am looking for an Argentine publisher that does on demand publishing and distribution. Any help finding one would be greatly appreciated.
