Kuwait: Rental from Amlak Capital United Real Estate:

We recently had 5 expats with our company rent apartments at Nasser Towers from AMLAK. Renting was easy and smooth. They couldnt have been nicer trying to get us in the place stating that out deposits could be returned in cash and acting like the friendliest people. BE PREPARED as you are about to end your lease. Some of these people will be hard if not impossible to get a hold of. No chance of your deposit back in cash. AND any little thing that you thought didnt matter upon move in because they were so nice, DOES matter when you move out. They will hit you up for any cost they can. The manager may even mention that if you give him cash at the inspection, they will take care of it at a lower price. Another obvious Kuwait payoff. I wouldn't deal with AMLAK again, or I would make sure I wrote everything possibly up when moving in.
