My niece had to wait four years for a proper job, coming from UK with BS degree. Most employers ask if you have Canadian experience, just to fob you off. Lots of jobs are advertised by agencies, but these jobs do not exist. They need to make their books look good, so employers will believe they are a good and busy agent. Right now, the job market is just starting to get better. To move to Canada, you will need a job offer before you get through Immigration.
