I agree with the other post about getting reasonably priced wines here. There is Felipe Motta which has wines from all over the world; there is Price Smart (aka Costco) that has great prices - a bit more than what you would pay for in the States because it is imported. I will also say I've had some fine wine-in-a-box in other countries but not here in Panama. There is one popular brand called "Clos" - we call it close to wine. It is only good if you are making sangria.

You can find large amounts of spices at Kings Indian grocery store Calle 50 near Riba Smith in Bella Vista. next to Pretelt. Also much cheaper for Basmati rice and they have naan.
