Panama: BuenaVentura, Panama:

I recently rerviewed a website sbout the coastal development Buenaventura. I would like to hear from anyone who has either moved there or is anticipating moving there.

Panama: Construction:

Has any expat's or soon to be expat's recently begun building in Panama; i.e., Altos del Maria area? The wife and I are strongl;y considering this region to build our retirement home and make our last lifetime move. What's it like, the pitfalls, building and construction problems, etc?
