Ecuador: Occupations/Opportunities For Expats:

Hello all, I am brand new to the forum as I investigate international living on a semi-permanent basis. My research is proceeding due to the fact that my business in the US may soon sell. I'm 42 and not ready to stop working so I'm curious about business opportunities in Ecuador, particularly where I can network with an expat community. Real estate investment seems to be a natural choice but I'm certain that extremely reliable and trustworthy folks are precious and rare. Another idea, kinda "out there", is the possibility of opening up my own martial arts school and also offer kettlebell fitness training. Curious to know if there is a market for this. Interesting post. Thank you. I am a compounding pharmacist in the US and would like to sell my business and potentially move to Ecuador.
