Nicaragua: Snakes & Scorpions in San Juan Del Sur?:

anybody? arrive next week, need to get used to this idea. I lived in Panama years ago and we had to run the bath water &/or shower 5 minutes before getting in to be sure they were all out.

Nicaragua: Arriving next week:

Flying into Managua on Wed., renting a car and first destination is San Juan Del Sur. I have 7 days to find a permanent living space (best case). Max $500.00, hot water desired, individual residence preferred, space for art studio, private i.e. fenced, garden space, walking distance (under 3 miles) to beach, market, town square. Please let me know of any info you might have that will help me accomplish this goal. Thank You, Gracias
