Denmark: Finding a rental home in Copenhagen:

Hi all, I am new here. My partner and I are due to move to Copenhagen within 2-4weeks for his work. He will be working at DTU. The problem is we cannot find a rental property, we are trying all of the websites and constantly emailing landlords but we either get a response saying it has gone or that there is an open house which we cannot attend as we are currently in the UK. All we can find is temporary accommodation but that means we would have to ship our furniture and then move it all again within a few months. We have been using lejebolig and boligportal and also assistance from my partners work. Does anyone have any advice or help they can offer? We are getting desperate as they want us to move out there ASAP!! Any help appreciated.
