Hi Jenn, I am willing to invite my US Citizen girlfriend to Pakistan to get married to me and stay here, I just want you to help me by telling what did you guys wrote in your invitation letter ? Did you say directly that you want to get married or something else? Secondly I would like to help you with your stay in Pakistan. You can get a POC from NADRA and get an indefinite stay in Pakistan on the basis of your Marriage certificate (Nikah Nama) with your husband and by that you can open accounts in banks and also buy property in Pakistan. Your Husband needs to bring 1. His CNIC 2. Marriage certificate 3.
